Years of working alongside property developers and investors has led Monteros to naturally find an opportunity to enter this side of the business as well. This not only gives us the ability to see a project from both sides of the coin (literally!) but it opens up new partnerships for different opportunities. 

We are keen to connect with investors that we can source below-market properties for and complete a full turnkey package including sourcing, construction/renovations, project management and design/staging where necessary.  

In addition to this we are also open to investment opportunities, joint venture partners and suitable properties to add to our existing portfolio.
